Generally, our box price will include tax, but different shipping destinations may vary. Please note the following values for products based on location: Under $800 in the US, under $20 in Canada, under €150 in the EU, under £135 in the UK, under $1000 in Australia, and under $400 in Singapore are exempt from customs fees but require payment of VAT if applicable. If the product value exceeds these limits, additional taxes and duties may apply.
We provide a DDP shipping service that covers customs and VAT fees. With DAP (Delivered At Place) shipping, products will be delivered to your address without tax included, custom fees will be exempted if the products values under USD 800 in the United States. With DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping, products will be delivered to your address with tax already paid. DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) shipping means that you will be responsible for paying any taxes or fees upon delivery.
